Dildo Predicament ChallengeMaster had me build a stool similar to yours, although the dildo is simply mounted on the seat. When riding it we use the tit clamp option - the clamps are tied to the ratchet handle.

Strappado position (pictured here) was a commonly used torture method.  This position can be so torturous that it can make any man talk under interrogation.  Adding the rope from balls to spreader bar with knees bent like I did here, makes it even tougher.  You can see just how horrible it can be in these pics.  (Just ignore his rock hard cock, it doesn’t exactly support my story here.)  ;-)
